We had a great experience with Granite Custom Homes. I personally did not love the stress of building from the ground up but Cameron made it easier than I think it would have been with a larger home building company. We found him to be very friendly yet professional. He was willing to work with us to create those personal touches that people want in a custom home... within budget of course. He is busy but he is patient. By the end of the project we had a home that was even better than we dreamed of. I would recommend him to others looking to build.

I would avoid having ANY work done by Granite Custom Homes, LLC. Cameron Metzger is the principal owner, and somehow holds a Class A contractor's license but he has no clue what he is doing. My wife and I contracted to have our house built by him, but he sub-contracted nearly everything out and did a horrible job managing the build process. It took him 9 months to get our simple 2000 sq ft Cape Cod built. He is completely unorganized and absent minded. Take your business elsewhere and don't be afraid to pay a little more for a good contractor that has a solid portfolio of work under his/her belt.

I highly recommend Cameron Metzger with Granite Custom Homes, LLC if you are building a custom home. He did an amazing job on our new home in Purcellville, VA. He worked with us through every stage of the project including the early design steps. He also solved several challenges including connecting to the public sewer lines 20 feet deep in the middle of the street. He helped us create a beautiful result while staying within our budget.
