Stay away from this company. The most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Ordered some rafter tail beam caps, got charged. Never even received a confirmation email or receipt for the order. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I got a hold of a person once, and was told that the order would ship out early next week. It's now been over two weeks after that, and still nothing. No product, no call backs, no email responses. I'm obviously going to dispute the charges with my credit card as this whole thing seems like one big scam.
