Our hot water tank wasn't working.
Grant talked us in to replacing our entire system.
It was not cheap!
Within 1 year there was an issue with the product.
He scheduled a date to repair.
Never showed up .I called several times with no reply.
Called his office. Was told they do not have time for me.
I now have to call the manufacturer to find someone because the system is broke .it is my only heat for my house.
I am in the construction business for 30 years and have never had a buisness treat a customer like this.
I would be very cautious using grant for any work unless you do not care about service or warrantee.
