Long story short, this company screwed up our home! damaged our "Brand New" hardwood floors, never protected the floors, Only painted one coat on a lot of our windows and trim, never filled nail holes in the new trim that was installed, and just painted over them! Put paint on "Brand New" trim so thick it looks like it was old 100 year old trim with 20 coats of paint on it even though it was new! Painted over the door weatherstripping on an exterior door!
The damage to our hardwood floors is estimated by the flooring installer to be over $1,000.00 to fix, never finished the job, left our house all cluttered, filthy, incomplete, Then He had the NERVE to get smart with my Wife and I in "Our Home" !!! I'm in the construction business, and would NEVER treat my customers this way!
We paid him halfway through the job for half of the work to be fair! It seems some of the walls and ceilings he painted were decent so we paid him half of the contract amount! He walked off the job because he told our flooring installer he can't please us, never told us I'm sorry, what can I do to correct the issue, NEVER even had the decency to tell us he was leaving and not finishing his mess he made, just went to his van and drove away!!! The funny part is..., We have not one issue with the flooring installer, who treated our home as if it were his own! I would not let him paint a dog house! Oh, we also got a dumpster in that WE paid for for the flooring job and some spring cleanup stuff. He never asked hey, do you mind if I just throw the debris he was supposed to haul away in the dumpster? Nope just threw it in there! I would have been more than happy to say "No Problem". He even had the nerve to go in my garage and use "MY" tools from my toolbox without asking!

I beg to differ with the above statement. For a contractor as professional as Tim Grant to walk off a job. There is more to the story than the customer wants to explain. Tim and his crew have done alot of work at my house and i would recommend them to anyone! Very clean, honest, and dependable. They do everything and then some on any job i hire them out to do. It is hard to find a honest contractor in this area and Tim and his crew are above average as far as im concerned. Affordable pricing for the quality of work they bring to the job. Thank you Tim Grant for following through with my expectations on every job i have hire you out on!!!
