Before closing we had the blue tape inspection and marked all the problems. They assured us everything would be fixed. Now they've removed all the blue tape and are saying they have no record of agreeing to fix anything. I've filed a BBC complaint. We'll see if they decide to abide by their agreements but right now I'd have to say everyone should avoid this builder at all costs because they will not keep their word.
