Horrible! They trashed my stair carpet with mud on the first visit. When they had to come back to fix the work they did in Oct 2019, on July 3 2020, the leak appeared fixed but was not. The next day on the phone, Paul was rude and very condescending to me about the leak actually being his fault. AND said that "before he wasted a trip over to my house he wanted to make sure I knew what I was talking about!" I have pictures and proof! I will have to hire another plumber and pay more money to fix his horrible work! AND he could care less about me as a customer!
