In 1993 Jerry Gray built a house for me at 183 Meadow Brook Lane, Pickens, SC. After I contracted him, I found he had no credit and no supplier would do business with him. He paid no suppliers and the Sheriff's office got to know me by my first name, since they served several builders liens. If he builds you a home, be ware, keep a check on every draw he receives.
