    Shady realtor, terrible service. Take your money and terminate contracts. False promises and hopes. All in all just horrible people to do business with.

    New home build
    $280,000

    Entire process from start to finish and even now has been tiring. After roughly 8 months our house was finished and moved in October, 2020. Gray wolf homes offers a 30 and 11 month warranty and this has proven to be difficult. After submitting our 30 warranty paperwork, it took another 3 months to get contractors to the house. I now wish we never submitted for warranty items, as each item looks worse now.

    Paint splatter all over the floors, paint on the window panels on the front door. There is glue on the floor that we can seem to get up. Tile floor in our master bathroom had low spots and the fix looks like a little kid complete the work. Before we moved in we had to deep clean the house as it had drywall dust all over the place, flooring upstairs and downstairs we completely a mess.
