We used Faulstick plumbing for 14 years with no problem until now. Jake Faulstick came to service our acid neutralizer recently. We have an extension cord right behind the acid neutralizer to reach our basement freezer. He either unplugged it to reinstalled it, or he unplugged the extension cord while removing the tank. We lost an entire freezer full of meat! We hadn't put anything in or taken anything out until today weeks later to realize that it was unplugged. When I called an explained this to him, he apologized and asked me to contact his Mother to file an insurance claim. Well, the second we hung up, he called his Mother to say not to file a claim, because he didn't do it. The acid neutralizer was infront of the extension cord and runs along a cement wall on the floor of our basement. He was the only one that's been anywhere near it. So Jake lied to me by saying an insurance claim would be filed through his mother. He then rushed to call to make sure she wouldn't file a claim because now he didn't do it. Gotta love that professionalism!! He also spilled calcium on our driveway, calcium all over our basement floor and water and didn't clean a drop of it up. They were top notch until now. Never again is all I can say to that pathetic plumber.
