Great Choice Renovations & Repairs

This man is a horrible human being and a predator contractor who will prey on an 80 year old women!! Let me explain ,My elderly mother has complaining for years about predator contractors taking advantage of her over such as ,inferior,products, and overcharging her astronomical prices. Since she lives alone and wanted help to sell her house and move back to Jamaica to retire. My and I developed a plan to get the house in order to sell. My brother is way to busy taking care of his own family and since i own my own business and not married i figure the bulk of the responsibility would fall on me so I flew back to oversee the renovation. My brother brought to my attention that a long time friend that I went to East High jr school with Arron Reid .I was excited to here that my old classmate from the 90s was doing good and it was a plus that I knew him. I told my Brother to call him he calls him he shows up and I gave my long lost friend a the most loving greeting .After some reminiscing on my Mother's couch I told him the situation about contractors were treating her and taking advantage of her .He said and I quote "I would never do that to your mother she always been cool with me and plus we are family".With my confidence high i show him the dilapidated over hang on the front porch he gave me a quote of $600.00 that was the best offer so far!! "Don't worry my boy this will be done quick two weeks tops".He told me he would have the contract tomorrow and that he hook her up with a good price! Please with what I heard i flew home for a hot second to take care of some things that's when the first red flag appears i come back a week later and he did not give my Mother a contract and just begun to demolishing the front porch I go outside to asked him what's going on with the paper work he has his wife and kids and this crack addict girl that he live with on my Mother's roof and his work truck at the time was Nissan Altima with three kids bringing a table saw up the lawn . Thinking to myself he must be teaching his kids responsibility little weird because they were a little young for constuction.And just because he didn't have a work truck at the time slightly bother me but,maybe he is getting on his feet so reluctantly let it go. "Hey Arron my.Mother needs that contract a week ago" I said Arron responds " I forgot but I will have for you tomorrow "Dont Worry about it dog I got you" Second red flag two weeks go by no show just junk in my Mother's yard and instead of a contract my mother pulls out a old ass receipts from yester year that he gave her behind my back and tries charged her additional $600 ! So I.Call him he doesn't pick up third red flag .He shows up two days later with his brewed I ask him whats going on Arron you.still haven't given my. Mother the contract and you promised He tried to break up the heated conversation by saying his seven year old needs to use the bathroom and don't molest her !! Wyd who says that and who brings a kid's wife crack heads with them wierd!! So I show his beautiful little girl to the bathroom and I quickly make my way back to Outside to finish the conversation but he left me to talk his crack head female who seems to be doing all the work to make a long story short I befriend her because she the only there working !! She explains to me that she pretty much works for a.meals ,room, and drugs .She also.tells me that the.reason it's taking long to finish this simple project is because he is.do ing antler project.and he is behind schedule he does not have the money to finish the job ! Another red flag! and I come back two weeks later no show, no call, junk in the front lawn My Mother at this point is livid I began to push of the responsibility of contacting Aaron to my brother I did not want to deal with him . My brother finally gets a hold of him which according to my brother took an additional two days going on two months for a one week project . We call him at the end of Aug and now it's now going the middle of Oct !!!I And Arron finally shows up in his new pre owed truck! "The he'll is going on Arron he says to me " My bad dog i had to finish this other job but I didn't have the money for supplies ." As angry as I was He asuured.me that he will this week and will free additional for free . To.butter me up he invites me to his kids Holloween party ok so I Go and I talk to his crackhead mistress for what seems like hours And she tells me everything about how he used my.Mother money to.finance his business truck by charging my old senile Mother for and aditnl money to buy his work truck and supplies for that other job that took priority of my Mother's house .I p!at it cool at his house as his kids a family were having a good time I didn't want to ruin the mood so I left .The next day I ask my Mother how.much did you pay this man Long story short Arron charged my Mother $1200.00 when the deal.was.for.six hundred He used my Mother as a bank to finance his business!
