  Sunroom

  Company is very overpriced. Work was shotty. Sunroof leaks and they can't fix it.. Ron Degraw is CON MAN and a rip off artist. Go to a reputable company. This company does not come through when needed.

  Am expressing my views only on your Men whom work for you in building my sunroom, they are very hard workers, pleasant, and respectful, and have done a good job on installing my sun room, particularly Dave, Andrew and Al.

  I was disappointed in sales person not stating to me I had my choice on single pane verses double pane, and wound up with
  Single, that I will upgrade, but again it would of been better to
  Have been asked whether I wanted single or double, and not had to go thru this again.
  Most people will deal when coming to a total price, just as you would if you go and buy a car, whatever customer and sales guy come up with, the company then decides if they can do it.

  Doesn’t excuse the fact that I wasn’t given the benefit of doubt to
  Decide on single or double pane. It should be up the the sales person to ask and part of his job to ask before completing his

  We are very happy with our screened patio. It was a great experience from the start with Bob Mansour and his knowledge of the product, then Jim came to measure everything and was very courteous. Dale and Joe were a great team working well together. They were very friendly, courteous and extremely professional. They worked nonstop and cleaned everything before they left. It was a pleasure to have them working here. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend them!

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The product, amazing. The guys who came to install, outstanding. Very hard workers. The woman with whom I had to speak with over the phone at the company, downright disgusting. Her attitude, demeanor, and the way she spoke to me was the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend this company if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

  Verified Hire

  A big shout-out go to Bobby & Cliff who installed the glass panels; Bob Guenard, who oversaw the entire project; and Todd and David who installed the patio door. I know that there were other workers (the guy who laid down the Advantech flooring).

  Last, but not least, are Robert Mansour and Anna Laycock: Robert for just being there, and Anna Marie, who called me without fail (even though she had a respiratory infection), to give me updates on the progress of the project.

  And of course, Ron DeGraw, who went above and beyond the call of duty to keep things together throughout this massive project. I am using the pool and the solarium in comfort and as intended. I am a very satisfied and happy customer!
