My experience with great lakes was great. Joe came in and bid our job and took care of all of the leg work for me. Other companies bidding on this job dragged their feet and wanted me to get all the paperwork filed, where as Joe took charge even was thousands of dollars less expensive than all the other bids. He came in and did our project with exceptional expertise and made it a great experience. He also followed up the quality control and even did some troubleshooting for me over the phone with easy to follow instructions that solved a simple problem. I would recommend Great Lakes for any of the services they provide. I will continue to use them and I'm working on bringing them in for all of our service and monitoring work. Hands down a great experience.
