Also, we had been having some issue with our phone services lately and recently had them repaired. Unreasonable mark up on parts. $135.00 part was charged $360.00 paid in advance.Installed and still not working. Said it was a different part and would be here in the morning. Never showed up. Did not return a voice mail that day or one two days later. It's been a week now and haven't heard from him or them. This is not a legitimate company. No office, they work from a P.O. box, no Company address on truck. Couldn't fix a hot water tank.
