    Took over 6 weeks to do a job which should have taken a couple of days. Hours were spent with guys leaning against their trucks, smoking. Promised to replace the padding under the carpet with high-end padding like we had, instead put cheap stuff there. Absolutely no excuse for the poor attitude and work.

    We just had the best experience with Great Lakes Insurance Restoration.
    It was devastating to ahve so much water damage in our basement. They came to our rescue.
    The office staff was great and the water team was extrememly kind, even through all my tears.
    We hit a few bumps due to the home owners insurance, the owner Robert Bise personally explained how all this works and made us feel like we were very important and put us at ease while waiting for the approval of the claim.
    I would personally recommend this great company to anyone that has disaster happen. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

    This company was called to dry our basement, after four days we asked them to leave!

    It appears to my wife and I, they have no knowledge of how to service a water problem.

    We would never allow them back into our home...

    I was very un-happy with this company!!!!!

    Employees were very rough on my home, only concern was getting deposit check!!

    I would avoid using them to dry water damaged carpet, still smelled after drying and cleaning.

    They have no clue what they were doing..........
