For over 40 years Great Lakes Waterproofing has been serving the Midwest. Specializing in exterior below-grade waterproofing we've built up our reputation with home-owners, contractors, building management companies, cities and govermental agencies. Exterior waterproofing is perfect for most basements without the need to dig or excavate. Older homes and buildings with solid stone walls benefit from our process without extensive interior demolition as well as modern block or poured wall foundations. Our materials have been recognized as green by the National Institute of Science for both new and existing construction and possibly the longest lasting.
In addition to basements we service parking garages, elevator pits, underground vaults and tunnels, crawl spaces, etc.
Other services include foundation wall stablization and crawl space encapsulation, providing the total solution.

Great Lakes Waterproofing did the back side of our 1920 home in Saint Paul, it had an old thick poured wall with blocks above the dirt level. The water was coming in mainly above the floor where some of the smooth wall was falling off, maybe 2' above the floor.
They spent a day working on the area and it seems to be working nicely, we've had no water since even with the big storms.
