This company was awesome! I had a very old electric water heater in my Portland home that starting leaking badly. I called this company to just replace my existing water heater and learned that there are other options than just the standard electric water heater. They explained to me about Heat Pump water heater and how it was going to save me over half of my water heating cost. That energy savings really impressed me, but the coolest thing was the connectivity. I can monitor, change the temperature and settings from anywhere through my phone. And if it leaks, it will send me a message. Thank you Great Northwest Installations for not only getting me back my hot water, but letting me know about a water heater with the latest technology and energy savings.
