I just want to start off by saying this is our second time we have been introduced to this joke of a company. 1st with our previous community Charleston Estates in Queen Creek. The HOA hired this company to maintain the grounds. They hardly ever came by to clean up the community and when confronted about it the shrugged their shoulders. Lets just say they weren't with the HOA very long say 6 months at best. My next experience with this company is in my current community San Tan Meadows. Our builder stated that we had to use this company in order to get our allotted money to complete the front yard. Lets start with their pricing. After being a project manger for a landscape company the quality of the work doesn't match the price they charge. At $9 a sqft for standard brick pavers is astronomical. You definitely can get a better price and quality of work with another company. Pricing to install plants and purchase the plants is joke also. They used a bob cat to dig the hole for the trees which is understandable but to double the price of the tree. When they planted my plants they forgot to hook up the emitters to a few of the plants. They replaced them thankfully but me having to do the work is a joke. Next is the communication aspect of the company they respond to your emails just fine but to actually have them complete the item you asked them about takes an at of god to complete. I still have items to be completed on my yard that hasn't been completed that I had payed for that still haven't completed. Next lets go to other homes that are being completed in the neighborhood. They have installed other peoples designs on the wrong houses, installed different colored rocks in the same yard, forgot to run irrigation. SO this company has several different ROC Licenses One with pools, landscaping, and concrete. If their quality of work with the landscaping side is crap I can only imagine the quality of the 2 other sides of their businesses. I am a very understanding individual and knowing the complications with completing a project, but this company goes beyond testing patience. If have had issues with this their ROC# is 188210 and file the complaint with the AZ ROC at 6025421525 as I am going to do. Thank You all and good luck on your landscaping adventure.
