They did a poor job on our wood flooring. If I had to guess what was done incorrectly, I would say the sanding. However, they did re sand our floors and it still did not correct the issue. Poor oversight. I am not sure if they have any idea how they botched our floors and we just wanted them to leave after 3 times.
