    Jon and his team completed a second house project for me. The first included outside stucco, painting, wiring and lighting. Door replacements and framing. Then various inside well deserved updates to my 1950’s Temple Terrace FL home. My second project was my main bathroom renovation a few months ago that is beautiful. This included electrical and plumbing. All stayed within budget and time frame. Greaves has always produced good quality work.

    House remodel and water damage repairs

    Absolutely amazing work and extremely professional. Mr. Greaves has been a respected member of the community for many years and I have never heard anything negative from anyone. The work he did on my house was not only high quality, but his designs were perfect for me and my family. In addition, I hired him again after we had some extreme water damage and needed extensive repairs. He came in, last minute, and fixed everything back to its original condition, at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend and I will continue to hire him for anything work I need!!

    Greaves Construction is Outstanding

    This is the second project we have worked with Greaves Construction on. Greaves Construction recently handled a full roof replacement and extensive inside ceiling repairs, including replacing a ceiling that collapsed and other ceilings that were damaged by the leaking roof. Jon Greaves was very responsive to our request for quotes, did a great job of analyzing what needed to be done and worked with our insurance company to help us get appropriate reimbursement for the covered interior damage. The work was done as scheduled, on time, with very professional crews that did an excellent job of preparing the interior and exterior, masking walls, protecting furniture inside and landscaping outside. They completed work that included repairing damaged plaster, replacing the full ceiling in one room, finishing and painting, and removing old shingles, repairing water damaged wood and putting on a new roof. They responded with care and respect to questions, went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the outcome, completed the final punch list quickly, cleaned up beautifully, and left us with a fully restored home. I give Jon and his team and subcontractors my highest recommendation. They are, simply, the best.
