I contracted to have the master bathroom shower remodeled with new tile and doorway. The floor pan was raised to make entry level with the bathroom tile floor. Problem is: the pan does not drain completely and leaves a puddle of water on the shower floor. Contractor stated via email that he would return to fix the problem. A month later he has not returned nor answered my numerous emails and phone call to set a date to do the followup repair. I think this is a terrible way to treat a customer.
