Thank you to the team at Green Advisor! My husband an I had been planning to redesign our backyard and water feature for years to include a turf area for low maintenance and play are for the kids/dogs, but couldn't quite get our vision to life until we met Ron! He got the work done so quickly and kept us in the loop at all times. Highly recommend!

Green advisor did an amazing job -
By Nancy O.June 24, 2021
When we decided to do some work on our yard involving a driveway, walkway, terrace, a retaining wall, irrigation, landscaping, etc., I had a bit of trouble identifying a company to work with. When Green Advisor came to my attention, I read their very favorable reviews and decided to consult with them. As we didn’t have a clear vision of the direction we wanted to go, it became a collaborative effort with Jordan and Ron. I was pleased with their assertions that, as they worked, if there was anything that we were not happy about, it would be adjusted/corrected.
We had a very good experience with the Green Advisor team. They were all responsive, pleasant and hard-working. When we saw the various steps taken to accomplish our goals, it became evident that they were professional, knowledgeable and worth the expense. We did have some requested adjustments and the team was quick to accommodate our wishes. We are very pleased with the results and have received many favorable comments. We highly recommend Green Advisor.

By Pat P.February 5, 2021Enclose patio$15,000
We had 4 estimates on our difficult project. Our patio needed to be enclosed and a 1/4 round patio would NOT be easy.
Ron knew this was going to be difficult and he brought the best workers in, we couldn't be happier. There will be issues with construction jobs, but it's how they are handled that separates them from others. When things weren't quite right, Ron was so responsive and fixed everything to our liking. 5 Stars!! -

Ask for Ron! Amazing Project Manager
I'll do a quick breakdown for those that like quick notes. My detailed experience is written below.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Install new solar panels
- Demo current asphalt driveway
- Install dark grey colored concrete driveway with diamond cut.
- Install pavers on both ends of the front yard
- Install custom, modern metal and wooden fence with electric gate.
- Install smooth stucco on pillars.
- Install electrical for new lights and additional outlets
- Replace current grass with artificial turf
- Demo and replace all sidewalks inside the front yard with pavers.
- Install additional concrete pathways.
- Demo and Install new planters.
- Install new fountain and fountain base.
- Install new rain gutters for entire house
- Design new flower setup for new planters.
- Demo old side gates and install new ones.
- Install new plumbing for in-ground sink.
- Complete renovations within 2 months.PROS:
- Large credible company with amazing resources and full-time staff. NO SUBCONTRACTORS! Everyone worked for Green Advisor Inc.
- Fully licensed and backs their work with a warranty and their word.
- Very kind and professional staff. Made me feel like part of a family.
- Although it's a large company with multiple project managers, the owner, Shai, made it a point to visit the site and ensure everything was going as planned.
- Many FINANCING OPTIONS with really low interest rates.
- Highly skilled and experienced workers.
- Project manager could always be contacted. Didn't matter the time.
- Always someone on site who spoke English. This was important to me since I was always on site and would want detailed updates throughout.
- You don't pay until everything is complete AND you are completely satisfied. No pay as you go scams that some contractors do.
- Everyone wore masks and kept their distance when speaking with me.
- Brought their own Porta-Potty so none of the workers needed to use my restroom.
- The cost was reflected in their quality of work. They're not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. However, they did work with me with my budget.
- Everything I threw at them, they knew how to do and had skilled workers for it.CONS:
None. And I"m serious...none. Any issue that I had, it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Every project will have their hiccups, but I judge the credibility of a company by the way they respond. In any large project, things will happen, so be sure to manage your expectations when going into it. They're not God, they don't control the weather.OVERVIEW: Green Advisors were initially hired to just create a 3D model of a future project I had in mind for my forever house. However, I found out that they had AMAZING FINANCING OPTIONS. So what first was just a sketch became a full on project for my front yard. I was approved to do my entire front yard!
PLANNING:
I initially met with one of their sales reps, Owen. He was very welcoming and listened to all of my ideas. He also showed me works that his company had done in the past to give me other ideas of what they might do. He was respectful of the budget I needed to be within. So he found ways to get what I wanted, even if it called to cut costs on their end. For the most part, I knew what I wanted. I completed my planning with my assigned project manager- Ron. Everything was measured twice, drawn out to exactly what I wanted, and reviewed throughout the project. Ron would keep me updated every week on what was going to be completed and when. Even if there was no work to be done, he would come over to make sure I was happy with the progress.EXECUTION:
My project started on the day AND time that was scheduled (Nov. 24). My solar panels were installed first along with the rain gutters. Afterwards, the front yard was started. Demolition began with an ARMY of workers. I had neighbors on both sides that I made aware of the ongoing work that would happen in the next couple of months. I made clear to Ron that work would not start until 8am and to not disturb my neighbor's property. This was followed and any accidental interruption of my neighbors yard was quickly remedied.COMPLETION:
My front yard was completed ahead of schedule. What's even more amazing is I made some changes along the way and they still finished in time. I am very OCD and a perfectionist when it comes to my property so any detail I was not satisfied with, I would alert it to Ron and he fixed it immediately, no questions asked. What Ron wanted to make sure of, was that I was happy. So now I have my dream front yard. My entire neighborhood was amazed with the transformation and so many people asked who was doing the work. I am so proud of the work they completed. I'll be adding more plants and additional lights with my own touch.

I wanted to make sure I shared this experience so no one else got ripped off by Shai and this company. Shai came to give me an estimate for my driveway. He did not include any measurements, just an approximate, which I happened to know was a couple hundred square feet larger than the space I was having paved. They also would did not provide the per square foot price until I asked multiple times. I was sent a quote for approximately 1500 square feet of pavers, ultimately at $21 a square foot for $36,000. The math is $31,500. When I mentioned this, and asked for real measurements of the driveway to support their quote, Shai was rude. "Listen, this is simple." Then was told it was a software glitch that caused them to charge me an additional $5,500 for the job. Shai also never explained why he did not do proper measurements for the estimate. Had I not requested the price per square foot, or proper measurements to justify 1500 square feet instead of the 1358 square feet my space needs for pavers, this company would have ripped me off for $5,500. Be wary of their business practices.
