This is absolutely the best experience we have ever had with any of the construction companies we used in the past. We were hoping to find an honest, professional and great contractor for a while now mainly after we’ve heard so many bad stories of contractors that never finished the work and left with the money. After a while of searching, we met with David from Green Bay Builders, talking about what we want to do and thinking to achieve. His professional presentation and experience made us feel very comfortable. David designed and executed our new back yard (all the hardscape), new kitchen, new bathroom and living room. The remodeling process went very smoothly and with no issues. The communications during the work between us and all the workers was remarkable too. We are very pleased with everything they did for us and we are positive that we will hire them again.

Shai at Green Bay Builders came out to our house in order to check and see how and what to change in the existing kitchen. Shai and his team of people did a wonderful remodeling job from A to Z. We were very impressed and surprised from the high quality of the work and from the professionalism of the workers. During the work, several issues came up during the remodeling project but the team and Shai handled all of them with no effect to the completion date and with no additional cost. We are looking forward to hire them soon and to remodel all of our bathrooms.

David converted the loft at our house into a full bedroom with a full bathroom at our house including the replacement of our patio door and few other remodeling projects. His team of people delivered a top-notch workmanship. Everyone worked each day and David did a great supervision work handling all the people at the house. The main and most important thing was to match the exterior wall texture and paint and David was able to do that perfectly. The office staff was able to handle all the permits and all the invoicing including the deliveries of all the materials. We worked with David at Green Bay Builders on our remodeling project that was to demolished the old kitchen and install a new one. We were worried mainly that the remodeling will interrupt my day by day life (which was the main reason why we haven't done yet). But because of the experience and the history of that company we did go head and did the work. David stayed on top of all the things that were involved in the work, his attitude was excellent, and he knew how to maintain a great relationship with all the workers and us. The new kitchen was finished within a month. Great experience and highly recommended.

We hired Green Bay Builders to completely remodeling our kitchen. It has been about a 3 months since they completely finished the work and we are still excited with the beauty and functionality of the new kitchen. David was the person that designed the kitchen from scratch and his design was based on our input that he got from our meetings. Working with David and his team at the house and in the office was very productive and they always kept the remodeling process very efficient and on the schedule (while making sure that there is no bypass or shortcuts of any kind). All the working crews that were at our house each day and worked on the kitchen project were very skilled and the quality of the work was beyond top notch. Perfect remodeling job by remodeling the Kitchen, Living room and master bathroom of our dreams! What we loved best was how anything and everything in the remodeling was managed by the Green Bay Builders from A to Z and mainly without us having to get involved other than in the approval of the design. The estimate that we got was given to us at the 2nd meeting with Shai and it included everything with any hidden costs. Our remodeling included everything from a new shower system, designed backsplash and heated flooring and home automation switches/outlets AND new appliances, new fresh coat of paint, new cabinets, plumbing and more… we feel like we live in a dream house.

Our remodeling project that was designed and performed by Green Bay Builders and managed by Shai included our master bathroom, Shai and Jill bathroom, Kitchen and patio. The entire project was designed from start to finish by Shai and his team of professional and was executed by his skilled workers and sub-contractors (plumber, electrician etc..). All final stages of the remodeling were impeccable. Shai was able to come up with a great design that included and covered everything we wanted, nice selection of all the finish materials, very smooth execution. We do highly recommend them for any remodeling projects.

While we did our research for a home remodeling company, we came across Green Bay Builders and we were very fascinated by their ideas, history of projects and the range of work that they do. Shay, their salesman came to our house and he was very skilled and generous. Since we had a good idea of what we wanted to have in the bathroom and kitchen, Shay took a lot of notes and called us back 2 days after with his detailed estimate that was fair related to the amount of work we needed to be done. The work that they did was a fantastic remodeling job and during the entire construction, they were clean and very professional while Shay always checked in either by phone or in person. The final results were higher than we expected from them!

Our experience with Green Bay Builders was really good and without any problem! Shai (our project manager) was available for us over the phone and in person (when he came over to the house often and when we needed him). We appreciate all his patience, Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with us. He was the most honest and reliable contractor that we know. Green Bay Builders did a perfect job on our master bathroom and kitchen remodeling. The remodeling project was completed a little bit after the promised date and that was due to the city inspector that has to reschedule few times.

We were referred to Green Bay Builders by a friend who hired them before and he was happy with them. We purchased a home in Santa Clara and we wanted to have a complete remodeling before we move in. as part of the work, we wanted to take down the wall in the dining room in order to get a complete open space between the kitchen, dining room and living room. Shai provided us with a design that included an engineering plan on how do it. Shai, with the engineer designed the plan on how to do it. The remodeling that we did with them was the complete remodeling of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms. Shai, the project manager, was experienced and visited us very often to check and see how the job site is progressed and providing instructions to the employees. We want to also write, that we were very impressed with the workers. They were several crews for different tasks, and all of them were professional and honest. We love our new home and we are very happy that we chose them.

After the several estimates that we got from several contractors to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen, we contacted Green Bay Builders to move forward and to finalize the estimate and do the work. Our project manager Shay was the main person that we dealt with and he was the one that generated the estimate and he was very responsive, reasonable and educated. Few days after we signed the agreement, the remodeling project started. The remodeling process was very fast and the work came out awesome. Our master bathroom and kitchen turned out so beautiful and functional. Shay and the team were wonderful. We definitely recommend them and we will hire them for any future remodeling projects.
