Adu garage conversions

Prior to choosing Green Calstate Construction., I had spoken to 2 other contractors who were referred to me. I never heard from one of them again and I was questionable as to the other contractor so after much frustration, I decided to research Angies List and fell upon Preferred Green Calstate construction.
Project is ADU Garage conversions.
The team is wonderful.Tom was my main point of contact and he is exceptional and genuine...not a pushy sales guy. Steph handles the administrative part of the project schedule, keeps things organized and pushes the project along. The subcontractors who are the "boots on the ground" and who do the actual work are great.
The entire team is punctual, highly responsive, professional and will go above and beyond to work with me on issues, schedule, costs and will offer practical and cost effective solutions. We ran into a variety of unexpected issues but through it all, I appreciate that the Preferred Green Calstate Construction
. team was patient and worked with me through it every step of the way.
I intend on working with the team again in the future. In fact, I've also highly recommended them to my coworkers, family and friends.

Green Cal state Construction, I can't speak to the quality of their work, but they responded to my inquiry within hours, were very clear on what work they do and don't do, and offered to come give me a quote on the part of the work they do. Unfortunately, for my particular project, I need a contractor who does retaining walls, Caisson for a new constraction as well as residential construction, and there is no way to split the project up. But I appreciate the speed of response and honesty!

Kitchen Remodeling

He was great to work with. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, came in on the budget and time frame he proposed, and best of all honest. When a sub made an error that required a re-do, he voluntarily covered the materials and labor for a speedy repair. Most telling of all, my designer gave him high praise and client referrals !

Hardwood floors

I shopped around with numerous remodeling companies before contacting Green Calstate Remodeling. All the competing companies offered outrageously high estimates.
All I wanted was some hardwood floors and a kitchen remodeling job done.
I spoke with Nicole, she had a gentleman swing by to provide a free estimate. The price was GREAT!
The competition could not even match the estimate I received from Green Calstate Remodeling.
The project began immediately and was completed on time by professional and capable workers.

exterior paint and landscaping
We have done exterior paint and landscaping in our home and we are beyond happy with our results! Ron was very helpful in communicating and was behind what he promised. They had the job finished in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Green Calstate Construction!

This people at Green calstate construction are great from the first time Ray came to talk with me ,he told me that they are currently in the area and have an estimator that can come and give me a quote for my deteriorating roof ,so came Ron say hi is the owner and set with me for at least 2 hours I was so excited to heat what he was saying ane sure enough I signed a $31,500 this was back in end of 2015 the roof was finished in just under 3 weeks ..some rain came really hard and every thing is so good I can't be more happy I will recommend this company any time thank you Ron Cohen for your excellent service .
