    I agree that this is the worst Contractor ever. He will make a lot of promises and not keep his word. He will not be available to you and his voice mail will always be full. He will not answer your call so it is true that you end up communicating by text. He will use unlicensed contractors or he will try to do projects himself. He preyed on my elderly mother. I'm not sure why he's still in business. Please check all court records and contact the people before using him,

    I had a home built by Samuel Green and I had no issues with him or the people he contracted the work out to. They all came when they were scheduled to and if something happen that they could not come I was contacted. I was in my house less than 5 months after I signed the contract and we are satisfied and pleased with our beautiful home.

    Sam Green of Green design and construction built my house and is a real nightmare to deal with. He is real nice and will answer all your questions at first to get the job, but once he starts he will not be available to you. He doesn’t answer his phone and will not call you back if you leave him a message. He will force you to communicate by text message only. He will give you a completion time, but it will take 3 times longer than what he says. He uses the cheapest or unlicensed contractors or tries to do the work himself and he is not a craftsman. He doesn’t monitor the construction site, so there are a lot of corners cut by his subs. If you use Sam Green to do any work for you take your contract to a lawyer first and have them look it over. Make sure you put everything in very good detail on the contract as to what you want or expect, because he will convince you that he will put things in the house as you were expecting, but he won’t or he will put the cheapest, lowest quality products he can find. DO NOT PAY HIM BEFORE HE IS TOTALLY DONE. If you do you won’t be able to get him to come back. Be careful with this guy.

    This is the worst Contractor ever. He will make a lot of promises and not keep his word. He will not be available to you and take longer to complete projects. He will not answer your call - you end up communicating by text. He will use unlicensed contractors or he will try to do projects himself. He preys on elder people. He installed a garbage disposal for me and installed it wrong and caused my dishwasher not to work. The remodeling project for my mother was not finished and he used cheap and sub-standard products. Keep good records if you deal with this contractor.
