(Marc) the owner quickly inspected and diagnosed our problem. He replied personally to my call. Water was coming in from outside of our house traveling down wires into the circuit box. Water damage secondary to faulty wiring / installation on the outside of our home by previous home owner / electrical services caused our entire electrical panel in our home to be shorted out and corroded. Marc the owner was personally on site to ensure we had our power back on in a timely fashion and the problem corrected in a safe manner. His work was extremely neat and organized.
