Have been under contract for over 18 months. They have failed the city inspection five times. Now they cannot correctly fill out the application to So Cal Edison to get the switchover. Latest disaster is that they have damaged a new roof and are playing games with the repair. I can't tell it they are idiots or just totally incompetent. What a mistake it was to select them!
