Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Camacho helped us with our complete backyard remodel.
First during the construction process Camacho had poor communication, workflow management resulting in delays and didn't show up when he said he would. Examples of poor planning/communication: 1) we ordered the amount of outdoor pavers he asked us to purchase and it turned out not to be enough so we had to order more and that delayed the whole project by 2 weeks, 2) he didn't ask us which direct we wanted our hot tub to face so he put in underground piping that came up in the wrong spot and had to re-dig it which took more time. There are countless other examples like this. Another thing that really frustrated me is his guys don't show up 50% of the time he said they would especially during the tail end of the project when we had less balance to pay Camacho. Basically the less money you have left to pay him the less frequently he shows up. I had to call him everyday to get his guys to just come and wrap up our project.
Once you've paid him for the project then you can forget about getting the one year warranty promised. The stuff he installed did not hold up well, e.g. the irrigation system he installed broke, the waterfall feature he installed stained with water marks / rain and since he won't answer our calls/texts we have to find someone else to fix it. So much for 1 year warranty!
