Damaged my property and did not complete my project which was a large landscaping project that included hard scape. Irrigation work along with much of his other work was not finished or satisfactory and not per plans. Was paid for incomplete work and kept wanting to be paid for other work that was not completed. After paying $130,000 and telling him that he needed to complete what he was already paid for and complete the items before he was paid per the contract he agreed. I was having trees delivered to be planted and he stated that he would be there in the morning. He never showed and abandoned the project. He also cut corners, cheated me, and tried to do things the cheapest way he could and not per plans to make more money for himself. Emmons is dishonest and not above board. He came in considerably cheaper than my other two bids and now I know why. He was not planing on doing things per my plans even though he said he bid per my plans, and tried and did take short cuts and cheated me. He then wanted to do change orders if I wanted it done per my plans. He was not there during the day managing the project and his guys were sloppy and distructive. He was a nightmare to deal with. I had to hire another contractor to complete the project which ultimately cost me more money.
