    Bought a house
    $439,000

    From the week about my house the builders were on responsive to my needs for repairs. They stretched every issue over months to repair so that my one-year warranty would run out. Horrible workmanship. Electrical , plumbing, tubs and showers out in wrong. Leaking behind Sheetrock in bathroom now. Their landscaping was weeds and washed away. I fix something weekly and it’s been FOUR YEARS of hell

    They built our house. We've had so many problems with electrical, plumbing, dry wall, you name it. At first we were having them fix things under the 1-year warranty. But it ended up being more trouble than it was worth, so we just delayed fixing many of the problems. Boy do I wish I had them fix things up front! Now fixing an electrical problem that we've known about since the 3rd month of being in the house is going to cost us thousands of dollars. We can't even fix part of it unless we rip entire walls down. Avoid them if you can.

    They are not responsive to calls or messagesomething on problems. I still have an issue from work the did that has cause more damage than repair.
