By Julian C.July 18, 2025Pressure regulator, copper valve$1,000
This company is a complete scam. The collect money from the home warranty and do no work! Old Republic Home Warranty sent them out to change the pressure regulator and fix the copper valve under my sink. They said there wasnt a leak because its just corrosion. But that was not the case cause it was calcium buildup indicating a water leak. The admin Ana continue to arguing go back-and-forth with me and would not send me any documents stating that there's no leak. The home warranty was no help and end up costing me to pay out-of-pocket $1000 to fix all of that. Do not go with this company is a complete scam not to include that the business is ran in a residential area out of somebody's house.

By Belle R.April 3, 2025Clear shower drain$350
They are awful. My home warranty sent them and the tech didn’t clear a simple hairball in our shower drain. The second plumber did which I paid out of pocket. My home warranty Old Republic Home Protection isn’t impressive either. They are currently trying to get out of the dispute. The least they can do is reimburse me. To be continued.

By Michael S.March 12, 2025Water Softener Repair$100
$100 DEDUCTIBLE FOR NO SERVICED WORK.
Paid $100 to have my water softener look into why it was not using salt. FAHW contracted Green Home Master LLC out of Las Vegas Nevada who was 90 late, requiring me to take off a full day of work.
Only for the technician to have me open the garage door and tell me this unit is unserviceable, call the warranty back.
Didn't look at the unit, didn't make an attempt, if he did, he would realize the unit was unplugged and the water safety control valve was tripped.
Keep in mind I only needed help with programming my head unit a FLECK 5600SM.
This unit also had a cracked brine grid at the bottom of the salt, which I purchased for $18 at Home Depot, which wasn't even necessary.
The fact that I had to remove all the salt and clean the system and do this myself is absurd.
If I pay a company for work, I want the work performed. If I do not get acknowledgment from this company and a refund of my $100 deductible i will open up a dispute process and cancel the warranty entirely.
I pay for service to get service, not sit on YouTube realizing how I can fix the unit myself.
I expect to be contacted this Litterally took me flipping a switch and plugging in the unit for a resolution. PATHETIC!

By Rodrigo Z.February 13, 2025Fix the Shower$85
The exact thing that happened to Timothy F is happening to us with our shower they also left the water dripping which it wasn't before. They also declined the claim with my warranty. I proved they lied the 1st time and after being caught they lied again. Stay away from these people.

By Timothy F.January 9, 2025Assigned by home warranty company to service faucet/fixture problems in kitchen and master bath
Had just an awful experience with this bunch! My home warranty provider assigned Green Home Master to perform my plumbing service request. When the plumber arrived to check out the faucets problems in the kitchen and master bedroom, he first said he could repair the problems, but then said the faucets would need to be replaced and he would take care of it. After he left, we found that there was a leak under our sink that wasn't there before he tinkered with us. When I called GHM this morning, I was told my claim had been denied. When I asked when they would fix the leak they caused, the woman hung up on me. I strongly recommend you steer clear of Green Home Master!

I cannot even give this company a rating. They are the worst. My home warranty company sent these theives to replace my hot water heater. After paying them 889.00 my hot water is still not working. They keep giving me and my home warranty the run around. They are such a joke. The wife is the supervisor, secretary, biller and anything in between. The husband who owns the company knows nothing about plumbing. I plan on filing a suit against them for my.money back plus all of the time we have gone without hot water. They do not care about the customers only the money.
