    Siding and new windows
    $34,000

    Our family was thrilled about the work completed. In 2024 new siding and windows were installed. Everything was done nicely in a timely manner. When I compared pricing, Green Island Homes were spot on. In 2025 the contractor in stalled a privacy fence for the yard. There were certainly challenges since the property is not level. Despite that, the results met our expectations. I thank Colin and crew for their attentiveness.

    DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Turn around and walk away! No, turn around and run, run, run and run as fast away as you can! Just about everything they did, they screwed up! Example, the foundation is two feet too high! I have to bend over to turn on the garage lights! I can only park one car in my two car garage because of the six steps going into the garage! They forgot to include the bulkhead on the plans and had to cut the poured foundation to include the bulkhead at an extra $5,500. They did demo on a condemed house on my property, but left all the cement slabs and bricks thoughout my property! When it rains, my garage floor floods! This might result in major damages to my garage doors when it's freezing out! Paid them extra on so many things only to have them done at a jokable a result! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Wished i could add so many pictures to ahow their
