    Plans for our building permit for our shop

    My husband and I wanted to open a small restaurant. We didn’t know what we were doing and had no experience. We were overwhelmed by the process from the city and county. Conrad walked us through everything and even showed us different ways to do our build out to save us money and stay within our budget. He always answered my calls or text right away. The city gave us a lot or trouble and he had no problem calling them and explaining things on our behalf. He was extremely knowledgeable on the building codes and even corrected the city plan checker when they were requiring us to do unnecessary things. Again, he saved us so much time and money! I know if we had another architect our construction costs would have been double because they wouldn’t have put in the effort and time Conrad did with us. We talked to other acquaintances who took a year to get their building permit for their restaurant, he helped us get ours in only a few short months. We absolutely loved working with Conrad and recommend him to everyone we know. We can’t wait to get successful enough to open more shops so Conrad can be our architect again. As a small business owner it was so amazing to work with someone so helpful to make our dreams come true :) Wish I could give ten stars!
