    Total house renovations

    I’m the owner of 8346 Costello Avenue, Los Angeles Ca 91402, and hired them as our contractor for our house renovations. My wife and I have our trust but they broke it.
    Never ever trust this Green Panda Homes Company. They are crooked, disrespectful and not to be trusted. They took a lot of our money and didn’t finish the job.They’ve been installing cheap plumbing material, didn’t hire certified subcontractors. They’ve been doing DIY work just to save money for them. They took our Approved plans, and refused to give to the owner. They re not truthful with inspection reports and not fixing the corrections. They didn’t pay their 6 worker for almost a month. I have them checks to pay the full amount of Fire Sprinklers, closet and windows but GPH didn’t pay the full amount. Do not trust the owners of GPH: Juan Pablo Dela Cruz and Richard Martinez. Never ever hire this contractor.
