    Bathroom Remodeling
    $8,500

    Hired Hal Lawlor to remodel a bathroom in May with the understanding that he and his crew must be done by the end of June. He provided me a contract asking for 60% up front, stating his out of pocket expenses. By mid July, he had not even started installing the tile, and it was apparent, since he only worked two to three hours a day and never brought any help, thatt he could care less about the deadline so we had to fire him. He even stooped so low as to take the supplies I had paid for with him when he left.

    Good news was, I hired another contractor who brought a crew and finished the bathroom that next weekend

    While in the past he was excellent at small jobs, I would NEVER ever trust this man, or his company again.
