I would never recommend this company it has been hell for the past almost 3yrs to het the to close the Permit for the windows they installed!. They lied about the payment method saying it would go on my mortgage. Oh it did AS A LIEN! I had to refi to get it off! AND I STILL WAITING THE THE PERMIT TO BE CLOSED.. CODE ENFORCEMENT KEEPS THREATENING ME WITH $1000 A DAY IF IT IS NOT CLOSED.. Customer service is a 0.. Please beware of what they tell you and double check everything. The contractor they sent SAWED MY MARBLE WINDOWSILLS IN HALF! Now Im paying for new ones.. I never thought replacing windows would be so chaotic and draining!

Would NOT recommend this company, they are horrible, horrible customer service and they just don't care. 9 months later and I still don't have my windows/doors, they keep changing dates and you cannot speak to a live person. Owner of the company calls you and threatens you with an attorney if you don't remove a negative review. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a business before.

El acabado del trabajo es horrible y lo peor es que ellos mismos lo reconocen al final trataron de arreglarlo pero nada de lo que esperamos después de pagar tanto dinero
I want to say my experience with this company in the installation of my roofing, I do not recommend it to anyone who wants a good and beautiful job because the quality is the worst. The finish of the work is horrible and the worst thing is that they admit it themselves in the end they tried to fix it but nothing that we expect after paying so much money -

I had the same experience as Mary M. Zero customer service , the third party contractor actually destroyed my window frames and I had to get a contractor to repair the structural damage. I SUGGEST YOU WATCH EVERYTHING THEY ADD ON TO THE CONTRACT AND GET A COPY OF IT . Anything that it’s offered to you put it in writing .BUT ITS BEST NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM . THE STATE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEM AND TALE ACTION JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH NATIONWIDE POOLS . SOONER OR LATER THEY WOULD HAVE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS FOR THE STATE TO SHUT THEM DOWN
