Scam artist. These guys take your money and then don't do the job. It's been over 2 months with no one returning phone calls. Stay away from this company.

Horrible company. They try to trick senior citizens into signing their contracts then proceed to want the money up front. Bye bye money if you do. Thats not the way to do business. Shoddy work too. They cant even get the info right to the insurance company. Lots of red flags here. I can go on and on but you get the message. Stay away from these guys. Pitiful.

Company using illegal telemarketing practices and fraudulent sales pitch.
My phone number has been on the Do Not Call list from the first day it was initiated in Colorado and the same for the Federal DNC list.Greenstar Construction first contacted me at 6:05pm on Jan 2, 2013. I told the telemarketer that my number is on the DNC list and asked why he was calling me. He made some remark which I didn't really catch and hung up. I attempted to call back the number showing on my Caller ID and found that it was a "spoofed" phone number which had been disconnected.
The next day (Jan 3)I received 3 additional calls (autodialer calls) the first at 122:20pm and the second at 3:13pm. When I answered the phone, no one responded. The 3rd call came at 6:55pm and this time a telemarketer was on the other end. I let him make his entire pitch so I could find out enough about the company to file complaints for violating the DNC telemarketing laws. His pitch was that one of their people had rung our doorbell at some time in the past and had spoken to me about repairing our roof. Our roof had been redone not that many years ago is is in good shape needing no repairs. Their man, however, had turned in a report to the company that we were in need of a new roof and the telemarketer was just following up as Greenstar had a program where they would reshingle our roof at absolutely no cost to us, for advertising purposes. All we had to do was to allow them to do the work and put a sign in our yard. Now I am neither galactically stupid nor hopelessly naive and know that this fraudulent pitch has been around for decades but I'm sure that there are plenty of people who will fall for this scam; I just don't happen to be one of them.
While he was making his pitch, I was on the internet verifiying that Greenstar Construction is actually a business. The telemarketer verified that the website I was looking at was the company he represented. I then informed him that the call was illegal as I am on the DNC list, that they illegally using a "spoofed" phone number for their Caller ID, and that his sales pitch was fraudulent. I then informed him that I would be reporting the company to both the State and Fed authorities. He wanted to sit and argue with me and I eventually informed him that I had best not receive another call from Greenstar as I would then be pursuing harassment charges against them and I hung up.
