    Build a casita to match my main home
    $212,000

    Ted built a casita for me that matches my main house. He was on time and on budget. It was a completely wonderful building experience. The casita is just beautiful and was built with excellent quality workmanship and materials. Ted was easy to contact and very professional and prompt. The work site was kept neat and clean. I highly recommend Ted and would choose him again for any other project.

    Ted is the best contractor I've ever worked with. He is honest and reliable and had a good eye for design. My husband and I have worked with him on two projects and would not hesitate to work with him again.

    Considered for Concrete Stencil

    I feel like they didn't read what I wanted. They allowed it to get to the bidding process before they realized they don't even do this type of work.

    I have been mixed up with another contractor. I have never responded to projects of this type. My project minimum at that time was $ 40,000. My minimum project is now $60,000
