This business was hired to replace/repair a badly water damaged sub-floor in a short hallway and half of my master bathroom. The damage was creating a bad "trip" hazard for me as I am 76 years old and have had an issue with balance and walking after taking a bad fall. The man who did the work (the owner's son) had to come back again after the work was done to repair some of the work he did as there was now another tripping hazard. So far I have not received a signed contract nor have I gotten a receipt or an invoice detailing the work that was done. Invoice was supposedly to be e-mailed to me. Also, the owner spoke to my son at his work and advised him she would follow up on the work done. I have heard nothing from her.
