Buyer be ultra aware! From incorrect fasteners for the OSB sheathing using an incorrect fastener schedule, to butting the OSB without a stud behind the butt, to not nailing the OSB to the bottom plate, to nailing window flanges into thin air, to using 2x6 and 2x4 24"o.c. framing without 5/8" drywall, to large cracks in the garage and basement slabs, to using the cheapest windows, to not properly taping the Tyvek, to having free floating walls (not nailed down or up to the joists) in the basement, to incorrectly lapped fascia joints, to using 8" pieces (often) on the vinyl siding, to not properly flashing where the shingles abutt the exterior walls, to having most interior doors travel, to apparently not using a level on interior walls............PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!
