BE AWARE. Owner has no knowledge in irrigation. I had active irrigation system under the turf patch, and owner acknowledged that he would "take care "of it prior to signing the contract. The result is- he threw the turf material on the top of the irrigation system without disconnecting valves. It caused water flood underneath the turf. The owner acknowledged that he did not caped valves at the time of installation, however never came back to fix it. Also, relatively small area of 432 sq ft (rectangular shape) was covered by 3 separate peace's of turf instead of 1 solid roll. Installation took more than a month instead of promised 1-2 weeks. There is no guarantee period verbiage in the contract either. I had to file the case in the court (pending), in order to get refund , redo the project, and replace dead vegetation.

Greenway Landscape designed and installed a landscape package for our front yard and it looks terrific. Julian Morales knows his business and made several suggestions that helped improve our original concept. The crew showed up on time and the work was finished by the completion date. We had an irrigation problem, and they fixed the wiring and ran some new pipe free of charge. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with Greenway Landscape, they came on time took measurements and gave me an estimate, the price was just right and the best thing is that I did not feel pushed like with other companies, the work took 4 days and it is beautiful my wife and I are very happy with everything, I will recommend and use them again for further landscape projects.

owner dont know nothing unprofessional how he got a AZ ROC , how know bs company got with a pro company been in business for 1 year has 3 bad reviews on BBB . Not a good way to do business .

I called for a quote on having our back yard redone with pavers. Julian came on a Saturday morning, took measurements and says I'll get you a quote by next Wednesday. That was three weeks ago. Never heard back.
