  Over Promises and underdelivers
  After meeting with several contractors for bids, I awarded Greenbody Concrete the project. Anthony initially came across as a professional in the business, but once the contract was signed and the deposit was made things quickly changed. Anthony said my project would take approximately five days to complete. It has now been three months, and the project is still not complete. Anthony missed appointments and calls, and text messages continually went unanswered. The final straw occurred when Anthony requested another $1K to pour concrete in addition to the $3.5K deposit which was previously paid. I have nothing to show for the deposit but a destroyed muddy yard. I eventually got fed up with the constant excuses, that I decided to cut my losses and hire another contractor to fix the shoddy work and complete project. Anthony talks a "good game," but it seems that his experience and expertise do not match up with what he says. I will never again do business with GreenBody Concrete nor take any referrals from HomeAdvisor

  Anthony comes across like a charming Prince, which is the name he goes by. He performed concrete work for me last year, a few days behind schedule, but the work came out OK. He boast about his carpentry skills and his contract with Lowes to deliver and put together outdoor sheds. I hired him to pour a 12x12 concrete slab, and put together a 10x10 shed....BAD MISTAKE. He made a mess of my yard, leaving trash everywhere, the water hose across the yard, and broke the new shed he was suppose to put together. He took my new chain saw with him that was stolen in his possession, left a non licensed workers at my house, and a 3 days job hasn't been finished in more then 30 days. I finally just gave him an option to reimburse me for my broken new shed and chainsaw, and walk away from my losses and frustrations. I may have to file a small claims if he does not come through. My suggestion is to use him for small concrete work, and not find a real contractor.
