From day one, Bruce misled us with dates and dollar amounts. He said he would be on the job, wearing a belt, but he rarely worked on our home leaving his employees to fend for themselves, which they didn't do very well. Our scope of work was reduced from original plan yet his labor costs were 4X his estimate. He walked off the job before it was finished. We had an architect/project manager for this remodel who Bruce decided he "couldn't work with." His finish carpenter left damage all over our home; cracked a bathroom floor tile while installing toilet paper holder, big ding in lovely wooden door, stained glass door broken in several places (all without saying a word or fixing it), deck railing improperly installed (had to be redone). His excavator left large equipment in our front yard for four months without using it at all. This did not go over well with neighbors. Bruce will promise things that he just can't follow through on. This was estimated, by Bruce, to be a 4-6 month project, yet at 10 months he walked off the job.

I highly recommend Bruce Greene, who built my dream house in 1989 and came back in 2012 to remodel a couple of rooms. He moved walls, enlarged my kitchen, and made the hallways wheel-chair accessible. He is honest, does high-quality work, and is very easy to work with and talk to.
