I never write reviews, however Kiefer and the rest of the guys on the Green Point crew were so helpful in my time of need that i feel compelled to write this one.
He handled all the coordination with the subcontractors, was always here when the inspector came, etc. His knowledge and experience beyond what I expected, and his super easy to talk with and is very genuine. I will only use them in the future!!

Getting a new roof is rarely something to look forward to. Greenpoint just replaced the roof and gutters on our historic home in Old Town Longmont due to hail damage. I don't usually post reviews but the work, service and communication was way beyond our expectations. The customer service rep, Emilio Garza, managed every step of the process—roof inspection, a return visit to be here when the insurance adjuster walked the roof, coordinating the claim process with AAA, managing the install crew, showing us a wide choice of shingle samples, and answering every question quickly. We now have a new 50-year roof that matches the historic style of our home, new venting that has significantly reduced the upstairs temperature (which got unbearably hot in the summer), and wider gutters and downspouts to channel rain and snow away from the house. GP even had a referral discount program. We referred them to a number of neighbors who were also completely happy with the service and quality of work. With the referral discounts, we only paid $200 out of pocket after insurance. I whole-heartedly recommend Greenpoint to anyone looking for a totally professional, reliable and responsive roofing company. These guys are the best!

Worked with Anna for our roof replacement on n 2023. She met with our insurance adjuster and assisted in our hail claim as a whole. We also had them do our paint. Anna and the whole green point team was great to work with and made our insurance claim easier to deal with.

It was a pleasure working with Tyler Urbanis. He made the whole process a breeze.

We had a golf ball-sized hail storm, and I would have to replace the roofs of two historic homes I have in the neighborhood.
I talked to three or four companies, and all of them would have replaced a roof equal to what I already had.
My neighbors suggested I talk to Emilio at GreenPoint. Within a few minutes, I knew he knew more about roofs than the other guys, and I was sure I would have better roofs than before.

In particular, with these historic homes and the need for insulation, there isn't a good way to ventilate the roofs, and given the fact that the houses are historic, who wants to damage the soffits made out of beautiful wood damaged by vents?
Talking to Emilio, he told me about a roof technology I had never heard about. It is a perfect solution for historic homes. There must be a hundred landmark homes with new roofs in the neighborhood, and if Emilio did not do them, they got a lot less of a roof than they could have.
In addition, Emilio does a great job managing the project. The roof for the house I live in was done in one day. There was no landscape damage, and the materials didn't sit onsite for days and weeks before and after the job, like with other roofing companies.

Due to hail damage, we recently had two new roofs installed on two different houses by GreenPoint Roofing. Both were done and completed on the same day and included skylight replacements on both. Great workmanship and Chris was super easy to work with. He explained the insurance process upfront which made for a pretty straightforward and easy experience for us. And most importantly the end result looks great!

Chris Blankenship was the project manager. I have worked will many contractors over the years, and Chris is setting the standard for me from now on. He showed up on time and prepared, kept me appraised of the schedule and details, explained the backlog of permitting and apologized for the rain delays (which were not his fault, of course). Green Point also took care of the insurance company communications, which was great. My most difficult challenges were choosing if I wanted the free upgrade to Class 4 rated roofing (I said yes) and picking the color with a little consultation with Chris B.

Juan acted as Crew Leader and was amazing. Drake, Nico, Jorge Jr, and Finn had tarps down and the roof stripped by 9:00 in the morning and were doing the final clean up by 3:00pm. That included five new sheets of paneling installed and the magnet walk for lost nails. The team was clean, courteous, and contentious about the area. Plus, they were fun and friendly!

Would I recommend Chris B and the Green Point Team? Absolutely!

I live up in Longmont, and the words "above and beyond" doesn't even begin to describe the level of service that I have received from Tyler and GreenPoint roofing. My roof had wind damage with missing shingles and Tyler repaired the issues professionally and quickly, but even more importantly to me, he kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and provided a level of service that is friendly, trust-worthy, and knowledgable.

It was a pleasure working with Chris Blankenship and GreenPoint on the replacement roof for our Boulder CO property. Chris was responsive, conscientious, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He did a good job communicating between us, our property manager, the insurance company, Boulder city, and GreenPoint's crew. This was the first time we had made a property insurance claim, and Chris and GreenPoint's staff competently helped us through the claim process. The replacement process was interrupted by a snowstorm that delayed the scheduled installation a few days and some rotten underlayment discovered during the replacement, but these complications were promptly addressed. GreenPoint Roofing was incredibly helpful to me this year when I experienced an urgent leak inside my house. My architect who was working on some future plans for my house said they had worked with GreenPoint on several projects and highly recommended them. Chris and Drake came over right away to help diagnose the problem and add protection until a permanent fix could be completed. The issue was quite complicated, but they understood it well. They were great – they took pictures, explained everything to me, were very courteous and nice to have in my home. I highly recommend them too!

I have never had such a positive or easy experience with a roofing company.
Anna helped me navigate my insurance and not only got me my new roof, but she also got me a couple new windows, some new window screens, some funds to power wash and paint my fence, and some new portions of my gutters- all of which were badly damaged in a hail storm.
She also discovered my attic was not properly vented and got that taken care of as well.
She always kept me informed of dates and times when things were happening, was always willing to answer questions, and quick to respond.

My only regret regarding GreenPoint Roofing is that I did not discover them earlier to do my actual roof. Instead I hired them to install gutters and downspouts following my roof installation and I could not have been more satisfied. In particular, the representative I worked with, Chris Blankenship, not only managed the job seamlessly but he offered much appreciated creative expertise when it came to choosing a color that beautifully complemented my copper roof and turquoise trim. It did not occur to me to introduce a third color but Chris hit it out of the park with the brown that he suggested. In addition, when there was a slight drainage issue following the installation due to a tricky roof transition, Chris had it corrected as soon as I brought it to his attention, without any hassle or additional cost. I highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing and only wish that I'd discovered them sooner.

I appreciate a company that is local and gives back to their community. GreenPoint helped sponsor the Longmont fireworks this year, which were great! They're often seen at community events and you see their signs and trucks around town. They do a toy drive every year and donate in other ways. They're an honest company with awesome employees! Nick Davies does a great job and will give you real, honest info. I highly recommend them- just call and they will come inspect your roof for free with no pressure.

He was with us every step of the way, pointing out specific areas of damage that we wouldn't have known about. He was instrumental in getting our solar panels replaced as well. Green Point Roofing is an amazing company! It is fortunate to have Tyler Urbania as one of its roofing managers. From the beginning of the process, it was clear that Tyler was a friendly, experienced, and professional roofing manager. He provided us with a clear estimate of the work to be done, explained the estimate to us in a way we could understand, and, on his initiative, he wrote a detailed estimate for repairing hail damage to our roof and sent it to our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to our house, Tyler escorted her onto our roof, pointing out all the damage from the hail storm. As a result of the adjuster’s thorough and complete damage estimate, we received appropriate compensation to replace our damaged roof.
We were also impressed that Tyler kept his commitment to get the roof work done while we were out of town. Green Point has many experienced roofers on its staff and Tyler worked with a group of them and, even with limited time, he got the job done. When we returned, we were happy to see the new roof and were impressed with the quality of the roofing job. While the work was being done, the roofers discovered rotten wood on one portion of our old house. Under Tyler’s supervision, a crew of Green Point roofers removed the rotten wood, replaced it with new wood siding, and then primed and painted it to fit the color of our house. That crew did an excellent job.

I had a leak in my roof over Memorial Day weekend and Tyler responded within 24 hours. Even though he was working on another project in the area he stopped by, checked out the leak, made the repairs and even inspected the rest of the roof for potential problems. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure there were no more problems with my roof. Five Stars doesn't adequately represent the quality, professionalism you get from Tyler and GreenPoint Roofing. I strongly recommend them and will use them when I have to replace my roof.

We had wind damage and we were in the process of selling our house. We really needed our roof inspected and repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Mr. Urbania has managed this project very well. He has been following up with us and our insurance company very closely. He is very knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond the roof replacement to ensure our house looked good by touching up places exposed unpainted surfaces after the replacements. Furthermore, while he was out of town to help his aunt, he kept in contact with us and managed the communication with GreenPoint to make sure all work and paperwork were taken care of. We were caught in the June 2018 hail storm that came through our area, and I got right on the phone to Chris Blankenship, one of the estimators at GreenPoint. Even with his work load, he was on my roof the next day and arranged for an adjuster from the insurance company to do an inspection. When the insurance company totaled the roof and the process started, Chris was right there through the entire thing. My wife works at home and sees clients, so she had some very specific dates and times available to the work to take place. Chris worked with us around that and the winter weather. We weren't on a hurry which helped. Once the crew got up there, they finished in a single day. The work was very well done. One of them saw my wife coming out onto the very icy walk, dropped what he was doing, and took her arm and help her to the car. All-in-all, GreenPoint was there and responsive from the start to the end. I can recommend them without reservation.

We had hail damage to our roof in June 2018 and Anna Ciferno from GreenPoint Roofing was the first company that I contacted due to neighbors who had good results . She was everything that a home owner would hope for in a contractor. She gave us times and dates for the shingle roof replacement and was personally on site when the crew arrived. She coordinated with the insurance company to insure that two damaged windows were also replaced and insured that the clean up was done including a magnetic sweep for any nails on the lawn. Her personal attention to our questions and coordination with the insurance company made this a low stress experience for us, and her price was similar to two other roofers that we contacted.

We contacted Greenpoint after a hail storm damaged our asphalt roof. They were quick to come for an inspection and once hired, they worked with our insurance company start to finnish. When they replaced our roof, they showed up on time, finished quickly and cleaned up our site. Great job and I recommend them highly.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone at this company for over 2 months now. I have left multiple messages on their answering machine and on their web site and have not had any response. They did replace my roof a few years ago and I would like to have it inspected following the a hail storm a month ago, but they don't answer their phone or respond to my calls.

Greenpoint roofing completed my 1975 trilevel home in one day. The crew came in removed the old roof and installed not only a new roof but a solar tube and solar attic fan. The clean up left no debris or nails behind. We passed both city inspections with zero issues whatsoever. Scott kept within the quoted price, provided us with a high quality well vented roof, and is now saving me on my home owners insurance. I have a unique perspective on GreenPoint Roofing – I have worked in the office for the past 4 years. I just became a GreenPoint Roofing customer this year when my roof was badly damaged in a recent wind storm. I already knew I was in great hands because I see how tirelessly our team works every day to keep our customers happy. It was interesting to experience the process from the customer side, since I’m normally in the office. The company owner, Scott B., came out the day after the storm and cleaned up of our roof, tearing off any loose shingles, and placing tarps over the newly bared areas to protect our roof from potential water damage. He guided us through the insurance process to make dealing with them as easy as possible. Once we had the go-ahead from our insurance company the materials were ordered, and our roof replacement was scheduled. Our production team worked tirelessly to ensure our crews had what they needed to get our roof done quickly with the appropriate materials. The roofing crew was respectful, detailed, conscientious, very hard-working, and fast! They kept the area clean during the tear off and replacement and did a detailed clean-up after all work was completed, including sweeping the area for nails. Our new roof looks great, and our peace of mind has been restored. I highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing, especially now that I have experienced their quality work as a customer!

We had an excellent experience working with GreenPoint. They just installed our new roof, and it looks great! We specifically worked with Charles Lane who was extremely friendly and helpful. Greenpoint was the only company from which I did not get an automatic form email or text. Scott, the owner, called me direct. From then I worked with his partner to schedule the job and within a week I had a new roof. They even took a sample of my truss they were replacing to the paint counter to get an exact match for me, instead of just painting them generically white. They left the extra paint so I could touch up where my gutters had been removed to expose unpainted wood. Super great guys!

We contacted GreenPoint Roofing after hail damage on our house in the Wheat Ridge area. We had heavy damage to the roof, a shed, deck areas and the evaporative cooler on the roof. Scott went above and beyond to work with the insurance company to get everything covered. He even fought to recover additional funds for the evaporate cooler on our behalf. After the initial determination by the insurance company, I had come to terms that I would be out of pocket on a substantial amount of the evaporate cooler. However, Scott asked about the coverage and then simply took it from there. He worked directly with the insurance company and recovered a substantial amount that I was not expecting to be paid back to me. I was floored…. Overall, seamless process, great people to work with, and an excellent job on the roof!

Working with Charles and his team was by far the most amazing pain free process we have ever had with a roofing contractor. From the get go Charles was courteous professional and accommodating. His team used only the best materials as their standard and didn't try to get us to upgrade anything as they were already installing the best products. Our neighbors had to pay $1000's extra for the shingles Charles team included in their original bid. Charles attention to detail and follow up were top notch. We recommended him to many neighbors and they all have reported the same great experience. He was so easy to work with it felt like we were old friends.

The workers were courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job with installing the new roof as well as clean up. There was some accidental damage on some of our flagstone that Charles personally fixed free of charge. Although this was expected, we didn't have to follow up with him on this; he scheduled this on his own time and we were very appreciative. I would highly recommend this company to others.

We were concerned about damage to our home after a hailstorm this past summer. Charles, from GreenPoint, did a super job walking us through the process and we were very happy with the whole experience. The workers did a great job and were super careful to do a thorough job cleaning up. We were also very happy to support a locally-owned Longmont-based Northern Colorado business. I would not hesitate to recommend GreenPoint to anyone who needs a new roof.

I agree with the other 5 star ratings re the scope of their professionalism and customer service and quality of work. Travis the General Manager answered all of our questions promptly and was here to communicate with insurance company when they did inspection which I think was really helpful and helped us understand the process. Scott the owner came by a few times and overall everyone was professional and communicated very well. The install crew were amazing and worked so hard 7 to 7 every day until roof completed. High quality work. The painted vents and added trim on roof that matched color or roof so while I thought the old roof was fine the new roof is a step up and they painted vents and installed some roofing trim to match color of roof where sheet metal had been before. It just looks so beautiful and we love it and wanted to give them a high recommendation for every piece of the process.

There aren't enough accolades to describe our experience with GreenPoint. I could single out Scott, Travis, Jorge and Karl, but the entire team was diligent, competent and respectful of our "stuff". There was constant oversight, not that the crew needed it. These young men worked 7-7 and did an absolutely beautiful job.

Outstanding job from Scott, Brian, and Team. This company has everything you want in a roofing contractor: they only use high quality materials, they have a dedicated crew of experienced installers (not a revolving door of mystery crews like other companies), they are on time for appointments, installation was completed on time, pricing was fair, they worked with my insurance company, and they stand behind their work. This experience was the complete opposite of what I experienced when I used CJ Roofing for the previous roof installation on the same property. Had I chosen a better contractor back then, I wouldn't have had to replace the roof only 10 years later. I saw GreenPoint replacing the roof on a house behind mine a few weeks ago. From what I could see, they did a good job there. This morning I saw them at a neighbor across the street from me and I ran across to ask for a quote for a roof repair (damaged roof edges due to tree branched rubbing during high winds). Travis came across shortly after that and gave me a good quote and they finished the job this afternoon. In addition to doing what they quoted for, they also painted an unpainted vent and blew the leaves out of my gutters. The cleanup was way better than the company who replaced our roof in 2008. All the workers I interacted with were top class. I'll be using them again if I ever have need for any roofing work. Highly recommended!

Green point roofing can out after a recent storm after I made several calls to other companies without getting any assistance. I was out of the country with the military and needed someone help and green point came through. They coordinated the repair, and had it done before I even knew what was going on.
