    I contracted with Greenscape USA for a stamped concrete patio. The first time they poured it, they didn’t order enough concrete and messed up the whole job. They tore it out and poured it again. This time is rained as they were trying to finish it and ruined the whole thing. They tore it out and poured it again. This time the color was awful and not even close to what we ordered. The stamp job looks like someone with zero concrete experience did it. There are sections that the concrete was obviously too wet to stamp and the stamp didn’t take. In many other areas, there are sharp groves sticking up where the stamping pads met. If you walk on it with bare feet, it has and will cut the bottom of your feet. Robert Euerle came out and agreed that it was poor quality work. He agreed both verbally and by email that they would tear it out and do it right in the fall. This was a year ago. Fall has come and gone. I recently gave him the option of doing it over or tearing it out and refunding my money. Via email he said he was deciding which way to go. One month later, he will no longer respond and I am left with a terrible patio. If you are thinking about doing business with Greenscape USA, I suggest you look elsewhere. There are a lot of good contractors out there. Greenscape USA isn’t one of them.
