Terrible communication. Even worse after you close on your home. Be warned- The carpet included in your new home is GARBAGE. Ours was worn out/matted within 2 months of living in the home. Inspection completed and replaced with the same carpet. Two months later- carpet is worn out AGAIN. Greentech’s solution is to do another inspection and replace again with the SAME cheap carpet (or, they offered to let us pay to upgrade... no thanks). We’ve been trying to get the latest carpet checked out since the beginning of December. Tomorrow is February. They can’t be bothered with current homeowners, only future homeowners. Don’t be fooled by ANY promises made before closing (especially if it’s not in writing)- once you close, they will do the bare minimum until the warranty runs out.
