I used Greentek Property Solutions to replace my old roof. They came out and did a thorough inspection for me & then helped me work with the Insurance Company, the whole process was painless! They were extremely patient with me while I was trying to navigate the uncertainty of all the craziness with the pandemic. I felt absolutely no pressure at all when I asked to delay to make sure I wasn't effected by layoffs or furloughs that were going on and they were ready when I was. The consultant and office were very friendly and communication was wonderful the entire way through. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and the ease of everything and professionalism & friendliness of Greentek and it's staff. I highly recommend!

First off I would like to say I experienced the utmost professional service ever from a contractor. Cleanliness and perfection do not come hand in hand bit GreenTek was able to accomplish both. Their team of roofers were considerate to my landscaping and not a single nail, screw or shingle was left behind. My new 50yr HD roof looks absoutely fantastic..
They also team up with lawyers to assist in the process if a disagreement comes with your homeowners insurance as was my case. The interior leaks everywhere was aparent and my insurance gave me a coverup check but neglected to grant an actual roof repair... took a year but well worth it.I give GreenTek AAA rating

I hired GreenTek to repair tornado damage. They did a good job on the roof. They did not however finish the job. I had soffit and fascia damage and porch roof damage. They left my attic open to the elements and animals for over a month. They did not return emails or phone calls. In desperation, I had to hire someone else to finish the soffit and fascia work and the porch. It took less than a day to finish. They have not worked on my house since December, but 6 months later they are still dealing with the insurance company holding up my claim. They were also contracted to do drywall work. This was not done right the first time. They did come back to fix it, but were very messy. It took me over 20 hours work to clean up the mess. I recommend you avoid GreenTek.
