    Roof and Gutter replacement

    Todd and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. First let me say that we have had roofs replaced several times during our 25+ years as residents of Central Florida. This was by far the best service and quality we have ever seen. The attention to detail, the quality of the work and communicaton surpassed our expectations. They followed through with our Insurance agency as promised, making it virtually hassle free.
    They replaced my roof and gutters using high quality materials. A few neighbors have complimented on what a nice job they did. I've never gotten a compliment on my roof before!

    Honesty and integrity still exists in a solid company like Greenway.

    I highly recommend Greenway Roofing. My roof was damage during the hurricane. Todd came out and trap it right away. They replaced my roof, gutters and did a very good job cleaning up. Very professional, reliable, affordable and Honest!!!!

    I have been in the contracting business for over 30 years and now at my age I have to start paying someone to do work for me that I've always have done myself. Greenway Roofing was an excellent company to deal with. Their timeline was right on what they said it would be and there were no hidden costs. Everything was spelled out upfront before the job started. I was very impressed with the way they kept a neat and clean job site at the end of the day, something I would always do. They were not pushing about getting the final payment until the inspections were complete and I was satisfied. I will have no problem using Greenway Roofing again and highly recommend them.

    BAD COMPANY, DONT MAKE GOOD ON WARRANTY!! Tod installed new roof in 2016,. During Andrew part of the shingles came off eventhough he told me roof was 130 miles rated (storm peaked at 90 mph). My adjuster said it was due to their workmanship , I called and told his wife (?) I had damage. She said they were very busy but would come out and to call back immediately if I had any leaks. Weeks later same answer. Then last week I called because it now had been 4 months (!) and all of a sudden she tells me there is no warranty on the work because of the hurricane!! REALLY??. First a definite promise then 4 months later the cold shoulder? These people are stormchasers, going around areas that are hit to drum up business. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Florida Atoirney General and the news. There is a tv channel dedicated to make sure contractors dont behave in the way GREENWAY ROOFING ORLANDO did. Go elsewhere with your business.
