Who knew that replacing a failed battery would be so difficult. First, I was told that they would be out the following week to replace the battery. That never happened. Next, I was told that they would be out later on that week to replace the battery. That never happened as well. Next, I was told that they would expedite the delivery of said battery. Still waiting.... Finally, I went online and ordered the battery and I will replace it myself. I'm done with these people.
