I called another electrician that said he had time between jobs and came over a couple of days later. I needed a socket in the middle of my basement wall so that a mount could be placed on the wall and the new tv plugged in behind the mount. This electrician told me he would have to cut out several feet of plaster/drywall to follow the electricity to an existing outlet. I did not want to then have to hire a drywaller to repair my wall and declined the install.
I called Best Buy to let them know my problem and they told me call another electrician. This did not sound right. I was referred to Greg. He came over in a couple of days and installed the outlet just where I needed it and all the drywall is in place. It would seem the other electrician did not want to bother with the job, even though I had used him once before. Or perhaps he just did not know what he was doing?
So would I recommend him? Of course. Plus he's very nice. In fact he is coming over tomorrow to do a small job for me. Not always easy to find someone post pandemic. Everyone is understaffed and booked up. Greg knows his stuff so now I have an electrician and I threw the card away for the other guy!
