Caruso replaced the windows on my condo, and shortly afterward I had leaks. When the condo board hired another contractor to replace the cedar siding with vinyl, they discovered that flashing had never been installed with the window replacements. 0 stars.

I would not recommend this contractor.
He replaced my exterior window trim with interior (pine) wood.
No water barrier between the window and trim.
It rotted five years later. All 15 windows have rotten trim.
He would not make good on his work.

Greg replaced the windows in three bedrooms and a big picture window in our living room. He and his helper, Freddie, were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and neat. I definitely recommend him. I'll let you know about how these windows hold up once the rains come, but for now, he did an excellent job and charged a fair price for the work. He also repaired some previously poor work that other contractors did on some other windows and made the house look uniform.
